MEET MADDI
I was raised in Bend and Sisters and feel so lucky to be back in Central Oregon creating a career of service to the people and community I grew up in.
As a holistic entrepreneur and dedicated massage therapist, I am deeply passionate about wellness, body optimization, and sustainability. I firmly believe in the human body’s innate ability to heal itself and strive to create an environment where you can flourish through therapeutic massage and intuitive bodywork.
I studied at the Sage School of Massage in Bend, where I honed my skills in various techniques, including deep tissue massage, swedish massage, cupping, myofascial release, hot stones, and aromatherapy. To me, massage is not just a treatment—it's a journey that guides you back home to your body. It is my highest honor to facilitate this intimate space for my clients, fostering healing and connection through personalized massage therapy sessions. Explore my massage services.
With a deep appreciation for water, I view massage therapy as a form of hands-on hydration. There’s truly no better combination than the best water and a great therapeutic massage to nourish both body and soul. I look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you.
It is my honor to be your guide on your wellness journey, and I extend my deepest gratitude to you for your trust in me.
ABOUT THE WATER
Cellular Hydration — the way nature intended.
Electrolyzed Reduced Water
On a cellular level our bodies are over 80% water, the fascia that surrounds our muscles, organs and bones, is largely made up of water. When it comes down to it, doesn’t it make sense to bring attention to the water we are consuming — especially alongside massage therapy and bodywork?
Electrolyzed Reduced Water has been studied for the past two decades finding numerous health benefits due to the therapeutic levels of molecular hydrogen — natures strongest antioxidant. This type of hydration can support recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness when paired with therapeutic massage.
The machine I share water from is a 50 year old Japanese medical device that produces 7 different types of water with over 100 uses. Personally I have experienced improved hydration, mental health improvements and better recovery. In my clients, I have noticed that when consuming ERW, the difference is often felt directly in the muscles and fascia — especially following massage therapy sessions.
As a massage therapist, I would not want to hand you a glass of water of anything else, as the water glass you receive after a massage is to help flush toxins and maintain relaxation, as well as aid in the muscle recovery process, so to me, it only makes sense to offer water that has the capacity to penetrate the cells and support detox pathways and optimal cellular function — enhancing the effects of bodywork and massage therapy.
There is much more to learn about Electrolyzed Reduced Water, and I would be happy to share additional research and resources if you’re interested. You’re also welcome to experience it during your sessions or beyond through a water trial offered to massage clients. Feel free to contact me or book a 20-minute consultation to learn more.
